Two ways of Exchange server backup are by professional tool or Windows Server Backup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Windows Server Backup (WSB) allows to back up data for free. But to use WSB proper steps should be followed, else interruptions may occur during backup. Best practices should be used to provide optimal solutions for data backup and recovery. First, understand how to install Windows Server Backup and then back up data in Exchange Server.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Installation of Windows Server Backup<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start the Server Manager, now click on Manage and select \u2018Add roles and functionalities\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the option Install based on the role of functionality and click on Next<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: installed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the installation gets complete open the Windows Server Backup<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to Backup Exchange Server Data with WSB<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Administrators can Backup data by Windows Exchange Back Up tool by following steps<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Launch the Windows Server Backup tool <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From the window, right click on Local Backup and then select Backup Once<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the backup type i.e. Schedule or different options, select the different options and click in Next<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now Under the backup configurations, choose custom style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under Advanced Settings box, you will see Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) backup <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span
