The common cause of this problem is full mailbox. Well, Microsoft releases Outlook update to solve these issues and, users can install the update. However, certain measures can be taken to avoid these problems before they occur and damage Outlook mailbox or PST File.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_Space_in_Outlook_Mailbox\"><\/span><strong>Create Space in Outlook Mailbox<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Outlook 2016 has large PST size and it can store a large number of emails. So, when the emails are removed they go to \u2018deleted folder\u2019 but still present in the PST. It means that although the emails are removed from the inbox, they are still present in PST. There is no difference in the size of PST. So, as soon as the email is removed, empty the deleted folders.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2082\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filerepairtools.com\/tips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/empty-outlook-deleted-folder.png\" alt=\"empty outlook deleted folder\" width=\"450\" height=\"238\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your Outlook application<\/li>\n<li>Now Sign in to account and the folders will be displayed on right side<\/li>\n<li>Go to deleted folders and select the emails which you sure will not require in future, they may newsletters from subscribers or marketing emails.<\/li>\n<li>Delete these emails and create space for new items<\/li>\n<li>This will not increase the PST size and items can be restored to mailbox even if it has reached the storage limit.<\/li>\n<li>You can also delete the junk-folders or spam folders to create space in Outlook mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Block_Outlook_2016_Request_for_Need_Password\"><\/span><strong>Block Outlook 2016 Request for Need Password<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Several Users complain that the Outlook Need Password request box disappears automatically, however, update enables Outlook to send request by default, it can be blocked by following steps<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2083\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filerepairtools.com\/tips\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/block-outlook-request-need-password.jpg\" alt=\"block outlook request need password\" width=\"600\" height=\"213\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Press Window + R to start Run Window<\/li>\n<li>Now type <strong><em>regedit<\/em><\/strong> and press OK<\/li>\n<li>The Registry editor window will open, now browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Office\\16.0(or your outlook version)\\Outlook\\Security<\/li>\n<li>Click on Security folder and list of files will appear on right side<\/li>\n<li>Right click on \u2018AllowRequestsInNeedPasswordBehavior\u2019 and select Modify<\/li>\n<li>Set the value to 0 and close it.<\/li>\n<li>Restart Outlook and it will block the Outlook Need Password request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The recent update from Outlook has also improved translations of multiple languages and made some changes to calendar update to delegate users.
