When trying to export the bookmarks.NSF database through Access Control List displays the error message \u2018You are not authorized to perform that operation\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An easy fix to avoid this error is to create new bookmark files in Lotus Notes by using the user\u2019s Notes ID. This helps the user to access the bookmarks.nsf file, and the transfer process can be carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Error_2_Cant_Open_Namesnsf_or_address_book\"><\/span>Error 2: Can\u2019t Open Names.nsf or address book<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The transfer process involves exporting every file in NSF to CSV, including the Lotus Notes contacts or names.nsf file is not exported, then it will not transfer the contacts to Outlook PST. Individuals using Transporter Suite to migrate from Lotus Notes to Outlook generally faced this error. As the Transporter suite can handle only e-mails up to 4 MB, using it as a medium to convert NSF to PST will remove any mails beyond that size.
