- Open MS Outlook in your systems
- Go to Files>>info and then account settings
- Click on Account Settings icon and the dialog box will open
- Click on the E-mail tab, the list of accounts will appear
- Select the Outlook account in which you are facing error and click on Change folder button
- A new E-mail Delivery Location Dialog Box will open you need to click on New Outlook Data File button
- Now it will prompt for Outlook Data file name, name it and click on OK button
- Go to this Outlook data file and open subfolders and click OK
- Now Again Open Account Settings and select Change Folder
- Select the new outlook data file created earlier
- Select the folder where you want to store e-mail/ messages
- Now closed the dialog box and go to Outlook home screen
- Click on the Send/Receive button
- Exit Outlook and Restart it
- Try to send a mail, the problem will be resolved
